Guilty Harp Pleasure - #Harpril - Day 8Confession time! New Music: I have downloaded (and printed! 😮) nearly every piece of free harp music available and purchased more than I'll ever be able to play in this lifetime! I want ALL the harp music but I choose to exercise self-control. Maybe it's just that I can't quite justify all the $ I could spend. I watch for sales and coupon codes and take advantage of those! However, if you have extra sheet music you want to get off your hands (or shelf) feel free to message me for my address. I'll gladly help you out! Jewelry and Accessories: I warned my husband on our first date that I come with lots of shoes, jewelry and accessories. I have some really special ones and I love them all, but there's a special place in my heart for the musical ones. I have received most of them as gifts from family and students. (Again, if you want my mailing address, just let me know. 😉) I'll end with this one, though I'm sure there are more... Decor and Accents: Harps, pianos, mugs, treble clefs, clocks, candles, and more. I can't even put it all out at the same time! But I also can't get rid of any. I switch them out every so often to give my studio a new look and because I want every piece to be showcased. I love the memories each item holds. (If you have any you've been wanting to pass along...you know what to do! 😂) Today has been a fun #Harpril prompt.
From enjoying different styles of music to being the "queen of glissandos" to playing barefoot and so much more, harpists have such different guilty pleasures to share. Check out #harpril to read more!
