Day 8 - Guilty Harp Pleasure

New music
I have downloaded (and printed!) more harp music than I will ever realistically play. Free downloads, sales, “just in case” pieces… I want all of it. I have learned to show some restraint—but if there is a good sale, I am probably looking.
Jewelry & accessories
I warned my husband early on that I come with a collection—shoes, jewelry, and accessories included. Some of my favorite pieces are music-themed, and many were gifts from students and family, which makes them even more special.
Decor & accents
Harp and music-themed décor? Also yes. Mugs, wall art, little accents… I have collected quite a few over the years. I cannot display everything at once, so I rotate things in and out of my studio. I love that each piece holds a memory.
 
I am sure there are more… but those are the main ones.
Apparently, being a harpist does not stop at just playing the instrument.
