Day 6 - Practice Room

This is my practice room—where I play, teach, and spend a good part of my day. It is set up for both harp and piano lessons, and over time I have found a rhythm that works well for teaching and practicing in the same space.

I am especially thankful for the big front window—I can see students arriving and parents pulling up, which makes the flow of the day a little smoother.

​There is also a large closet that holds things like my three-piece harp case and other odds and ends that come with music life. These days, it is not always perfectly quiet or uninterrupted, but it is a space that holds a lot of learning, music, and everyday moments—and I am really thankful for it.
