Favorite Thing to Play - #harpril - Day 11
This is a tough one!

I’ve realized I don’t usually think in terms of a favorite song to play—but more a favorite arrangement. I often have multiple versions of the same piece, and I’ll play through two or three before deciding which one feels just right.
Sometimes I even have clients listen to a couple different arrangements of the same song and choose their favorite for their event, which is always fun.
Here are a few I come back to often:

Morning Has Broken – I play this at almost every event. It’s one of those pieces that just fits so many moments.

Winter Moon – This is one I’ve fallen in love with more recently.

Greensleeves – This one feels like an old friend. I learned it years ago, and I’m very thankful for the muscle memory—those hours of practice really paid off!

If you browse my YouTube channel, you’ll probably notice a pattern… I tend to record the pieces I enjoy playing most.
